Continuo privacy notice

We need your details for:
- updates on your contribution, the request for payment and the renewal
- the donation receipt
- our accounts
- the invitation to the General Assembly
- a personal thank-you for larger amounts
Only if you choose to:
- being named on our website
- your answer to «How did you hear about Continuo?», so we know what works
Who sees your data?
Access is limited to the members of the Repertoire Orchestra organisation team who look after Continuo (treasury, supporter enquiries, management) and, for technical operations, the person who looks after the website and registration tool.
Services we use:

How long do we keep your data?
We keep payment records and donation receipts for as long as the law requires. We delete or anonymise your Continuo details if you haven’t made a contribution for two seasons in a row. If you have an account for the sessions, it remains active; our privacy policy applies to it. Accounting records are not affected.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for information about your data, or have it corrected or deleted, unless we are required to keep it. Write to us at info@repertoireorchestra.org.
